Purnama's Approach Shot

This video above is Kang Purnama, our hero from the Kuningan City. He is trying to practice about how Approach shot or the type of blow to the ball closer to the green. Strange, why the name of the blow was "a blow to approach"? Hehe. Thus, the approach shot should ideally be done at a medium distance or close. This type of approach shot there are three among other things: (1) Pitch, the approach shot that brought the ball into the green or near green. Pitch shots are usually done using "iron 6" up to "lob wedge, (2) Flop, namely a higher approach shot and the ball stopped shortly after hitting the ground. The blow was usually done when the players meet with obstacles to reach the green. Club which used to Flop is to use sand wedge or lob wedge, (3) Chip is a low blow approach, thus leading to a green ball rolling.
